If you have any questions about how we operate, the kind of services we provide, or have additional questions, you can find them right here. This is a collection of frequently asked questions and answers. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

  • What is the subscription option like?
    The subscription option allows you to enjoy 3 months of specially created boxes from the grief line; Comfort Box or Inspiring Hope Box. Each month you will receive a box with items featuring items in the categories of grief knowledge, self-care, nutrition, encouragement, and soothing products. When the 3 months is up, you are free to renew for another 3 months if desired.
  • What is your return policy?
    All box sales are final. All products are of high quality and special care is given to ensuring each box contains items that deliver care and comfort. However, if you have a complaint about any of our products please contact us at hello@myboxofhope.com
  • What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept cash, debit or credit, and domestic funds transfer.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    We offer free delivery for locations that fall within West Bay to Savannah area. Deliveries to Bodden Town, North Side and East End areas, we charge a delivery fee of $10.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this time shipping is on available within the Grand Cayman. Arrangements can be made for domestic delivery to the Sister Islands.
  • What is the delivery timeframe?
    Box of Hope boxes will be delivered every Friday. Orders should be received by Wednesday for delivery on Friday.
  • Can I buy items individually?
    Individual box Item purchases will be availabe in the near future. For now, the boxes are available for one time purchases. You get to decide which box is right for you. So whether you are needing a little grief support through the Comfort Box or would like more support through the Inspiring Hope Box, we have your grief care specially curated for you. For those looking to indulge in self-care, the A Little TLC Box has you covered.
